Can I reload redeemed rewards?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reload redeemed rewards. Whenever something you have as an available reward matches a menu item you order, the system automatically selects the reward to redeem. The system prioritizes reward redemptions by the closest expiration date. If you would prefer that the item not be redeemed, you must remove it from your order prior to completing the order. When placing a mobile order, you can toggle the "Redeem Rewards" button from "on" to "off" to prevent an available Reward in your order from being redeemed.
