Can I reverse redeemed points?

If you would like to reverse points used to redeem a reward that is not yet a part of an active order, please follow the steps below.

1. Open the Chick-fil-A^® App.
2. Select “Rewards.”
3. Select “My Rewards.”
4. Select “Reverse points” (NOTE: This option will only be available for rewards redeemed using points).
5. Complete your request by selecting “Reverse points” on the confirmation screen.
6. Once you’ve completed the steps above, the points will be returned to the available points to redeem on your Chick-fil-A One^® account.
