What are Chick-fil-A One rewards and how do I redeem them?

Once you receive a certain number of points, you can use those points to redeem available rewards. Rewards can include food items as well as other surprise rewards like those sent by a local Chick-fil-A^® restaurant. (Rewards from local restaurants or marketing partnerships will typically appear on the App’s home screen. Learn more on redeeming these offers here.)

To redeem your rewards, please sign in online here or on the Chick-fil-A^® App.

• On chick-fil-a.com: Select “Rewards” on the top navigation. 
• In the Chick-fil-A App: Select “Rewards” on the bottom navigation.

Your available points and membership status will be shown at the top of the page, with the options you can redeem in each point range below. Select the items you would like to order and select “Redeem points for this reward.” Follow the on-screen prompts to view the reward in “My Rewards” and select “Redeem reward” to add the item to your order.
