How do I redeem a reward for a free menu item in a sports game promotion?

Whether your favorite basketball, baseball, football, hockey or sports team just scored or won, congratulations! If there’s a Chick-fil-A promotion at your event, follow these steps to redeem your reward:  
 
1. Ensure you are within the geographic area of the giveaway 
2. Grant the Chick-fil-A^® App permission to access your device’s location 
3. Confirm that you are using the latest version of the app  
4. Claim your reward! If you are in the applicable geographic area, the offer will appear on the app’s home screen. Tap “Claim” before the expiration date.  

Once the redemption period begins, you'll find the reward in your "My Rewards" section of the app.  
 
When you are redeeming the reward*, make sure you do so at a participating restaurant in the applicable market before the reward’s expiration date.
