Chick-fil-A® restaurants may offer a free Chicken Sandwich to customers in exchange for taking a customer experience survey. If the survey is available you will see the invitation in the Chick-fil-A App after clicking on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen.
Additionally, participating restaurants may offer free food through:
- Market-level giveaways: Groups of Chick-fil-A Restaurants may extend an offer to Chick-fil-A® One Members within a specific area through the Chick-fil-A® App.
- Owner-Operators may host local promotions.
- Chick-fil-A One Rewards: Chick-fil-A’s tiered membership program gifting Guests points with qualifying purchases that can be redeemed for free food.
