Some people have special dietary needs, and others need food served a certain way. Whatever your reason for modifying your catering order, we do our best to ensure special requests are met so your event can accommodate all your unique guests.*
Order online or through the Chick-fil-A® App.
To let the restaurant know about special instructions on your catering order:
- Start your order by choosing Catering Pickup or Catering Delivery.
- Enter your address, city, or zip code to find your nearest Chick-fil-A® restaurant location.
- Choose Start order from the location you want to cater from.
- Choose a preferred pickup date, time, and event type (optional).
- Add the catering item of your choice.
- When you check out, a box should appear that says Have a special request?
- Enter detailed, clear-to-follow special instructions in the box.
You can also contact the restaurant directly to provide additional special instructions.
