Who do I contact if I have an issue with my delivery order?
For delivery orders placed through a third-party delivery partner, please contact the delivery partner directly. For orders fulfilled by DoorDash, including those initiated within the Chick-fil-A® App, please contact DoorDash directly via the DoorDash app or DoorDash.com, following the instructions included in the Chick-fil-A App and the confirmation email sent to you.
If you redeemed a Chick-fil-A One® reward on your order via the Chick-fil-A App and the order was refunded by DoorDash, we would be more than happy to assist you in replacing the reward to your Chick-fil-A One account. In order to help expedite this process, please include the order number, the Chick-fil-A Restaurant from which you requested the order, and the date of the transaction. You can locate these details by tapping "Account", followed by "Transaction history" and locating the transaction for which you require assistance.
