Can I transfer a reward from a promotional card into my Chick-fil-A One account?

Yes, you may transfer promotional cards (excluding catering cards*) into your Chick-fil-A One^® account on the Chick-fil-A^® App by following the steps below.

1. Open the latest version of the Chick-fil-A App and select “Rewards” and then “Upload”. (Note: This action cannot be performed on chick-fil-a.com.)
2. Tap “Transfer a Promotional card”. 
3. Tap “Continue” to allow the app to access the phone’s camera. 
4. Tap “Allow” on the next screen. 
5. Scan the code on the back of the promotional card using the camera. Position the back of card so the code is within brackets. 
6. The app will display a notification that the card has been successfully transferred to My Rewards. 
7. Go to the My Rewards section of the app to view the reward and redeem it, if desired. 

*Catering promotional cards cannot currently be uploaded your Chick-fil-A One^® account or the Chick-fil-A^® App and must be redeemed in person at a restaurant.
