Can I transfer a reward from a promotional card into my Chick-fil-A One account?

My card has been transferred to my Chick-fil-A One® account on the Chick-fil-A® App. Can I still use the physical card to redeem the offer?

I loaded funds to my account, but my balance is still showing $0.00 (Zero) even though I received a receipt?

I received an error that this card has already been transferred, but I did not transfer it. Can I still redeem the offer with the physical card?
