I loaded funds to my account, but my balance is still showing $0.00 (Zero) even though I received a receipt?

We’re sorry your balance doesn’t look correct. Try refreshing your screen. It may take several minutes for your account to update, showing the new funds. If your account still doesn’t show the correct balance, even after waiting a few minutes, fill out this form or follow these steps to resolve the issue: 

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment.” 
  3. Select “Mobile pay.” 
  4. Select “Missing funds” and follow the steps outlined on that page. 
  5. If you need additional assistance, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your issue, so a representative can help you.
