I received an error that this card has already been transferred, but I did not transfer it. Can I still redeem the offer with the physical card?
Once a card has been transferred to the Chick-fil-A® App, this action cannot be undone or reassigned to another member, and the offer cannot be redeemed with the physical card. Unfortunately, for security purposes, we are not able to provide the personal information of the member who has transferred the card.
