How can I use my Chick-fil-A One Card balance to pay for my order? 

When paying for an order using the balance of your Chick-fil-A One® Card, the balance must cover the total cost of your order. If the balance is less than the total cost of your order, you can add the exact dollar amount needed to cover the order total to your Chick-fil-A One® Card when checking out. To add the exact amount of funds to cover your order total and get your Chick-fil-A One® Card balance to $0.00, follow the steps below: 

On the Chick-fil-A®  App 

  1. When finalizing your order, on the “Does Everything Look Right” page, choose “Chick-fil-A One® Card” as your payment method. If your balance is less than the order total, click “Reload Chick-fil-A One Card” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select how much to add. For the amount to add, select “Other.” 
  3. You will be provided with the exact amount to add to pay for your order. Click “Load Funds.” 
  4. You will be redirected back to the “Does Everything Look Right” page. Once there, click “Complete my order.” 

On the Chick-fil-A® website 

  1. When finalizing your order, on the “Review order” page, choose “Chick-fil-A One® Card” as your payment method. If your balance is less than the order total, click the “Change” next to your payment method. 
  2. You’ll be prompted to select a different payment to load funds to your Chick-fil-A One® Card and how much you would like to add. For the amount to add, select “Other.” 
  3. You will be provided with the exact amount to add to pay for your order. Click “Load Funds.” 
  4. You will be redirected back to the “Review order” page. Once there, click “Complete my order.” 

For orders placed at participating Chick-fil-A® Restaurants 

Navigate to the Scan tab in the Chick-fil-A® App and show your QR code at the front counter or drive-thru to pay for a portion of your order with your remaining Chick-fil-A One® balance. Then provide an additional form of payment to pay for the remaining balance. 

You may request to transfer your Chick-fil-A One Card balance to a Chick-fil-A eGift Card or Chick-fil-A Gift Card by following the steps below to submit an online form with your information: 

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares 
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment” 
  3. Select “Chick-fil-A gift card” 
  4. Select “Other Chick-fil-A gift card issues” 
  5. A Contact Us prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen with a button to “Continue to contact”. 
  6. Once on the form, in the “Please describe your gift card issue in detail” field, let us know if you would prefer your balance transferred to a physical Gift Card or eGift card, and then follow the rest of the steps on the form.  

Allow up to three weeks to receive your gift card in the mail. If you prefer an eGift card, the balance will be sent via eGift to the email address associated with your Chick-fil-A App.
