I tried to submit a mobile order but got an error message. Did the restaurant receive it? Will I be charged twice?
We apologize that you received an error message when placing an order with your Chick-fil-A One® account through the Chick-fil-A® App or online. If you receive an error when submitting a mobile order, then the restaurant has not yet received the order. Please retry placing your order through the app or online or come inside the restaurant to place the order. Your credit card is not charged until you tap “Prepare my order.”
