If that still doesn’t resolve the issue, fill out this form or follow these steps to report your issue to the technical support team:
- Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares.
- Select “Account, rewards, & payment.”
- Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select “Chick-fil-A One® account.”
- Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select “Other Chick-fil-A One® account issues.”
- If none of the options on this final screen apply, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your technical difficulties, so a representative can review your issue and report it to the technical support team.
