What should I do if I was charged incorrectly for my order?
If you were charged incorrectly for your order and would like a refund for the processed incorrect charge, please visit or contact the restaurant where you placed your order directly.
Please note, Chick-fil-A requires a temporary authorization hold when you place an in-app or online order (for example, when placing orders under your Chick-fil-A One® account). An authorization hold is a common anti-fraud practice used to verify that your account is active and has funds available to make purchases. Please note that your account isn’t actually being charged, and these temporary holds are typically released within 3-5 business days, although the exact timing will depend on your bank’s policy. If the authorization hold remains on your account after 30 days, please contact the bank identified on your debit or credit card. For more information, read this FAQ.
