What should I do if I'm charged twice?
If you placed a digital order, either through the Chick-fil-A® App or online, and changed your pickup destination or cancelled your order after submission, you may temporarily see multiple charges for the order. When you update your pickup destination preference, the system automatically submits your order as new and creates a temporary duplicate charge. When the pending order settles with your financial institution, you will be charged appropriately for the order. The timing for this resolution varies by financial institution.
