3. Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select “Technical order problem.” 
4. Choose from the options available on that page. If none of the options apply, select “Other technical order issues.” 
5. If none of the options on this final screen apply, select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen. 
6. Once on the form, fill out the fields in detail, letting us know about your technical difficulties, so a representative can review your issue and report it to the technical support team.
