To report a technical difficulty with online ordering, please submit an online form with your information here. Select “Technical & Account Support” and share more details so a representative can review your issue and report it to the technical support team. If you'd like to place an order before the site issue is resolved, you can order through the Chick-fil-A App or call the Chick-fil-A restaurant directly.
For technical difficulties not related to online ordering (like general website issues, your Chick-fil-A One account, mobile orders, gift cards and more), please follow the appropriate prompts on our contact us page. We'll do our best to get you help immediately.
