How do I replace a damaged or unreadable Chick-fil-A gift card?
If the PIN number on your gift card is unreadable, the gift card can still be redeemed at a register of any participating Chick-fil-A restaurant. If the magnetic strip or QR code is damaged, the gift card can be manually keyed at any participating restaurant. If you would like your damaged/unreadable gift card replaced, please complete a Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form, include a picture of the front and back of the gift card, and mail or email to the address/email address provided on the form. Please visit https://www.chick-fil-a.com/giftcards (under frequently asked questions) to download a fillable PDF form. While we typically respond sooner, please allow up to 6 weeks after the Replacement Request form is received by the Gift Card department for a response to your request.
