What do I do if I am having issues activating a Chick-fil-A Gift Card or a Chick-fil-A eGift Card?
We're sorry that you're experiencing issues. Gift cards are activated at the time of purchase. If there was a problem with the activation of your gift card, we must have a purchase or activation receipt to process a replacement request, even if the gift card was received as a gift. Most locations where Chick-fil-A gift cards are sold can provide a duplicate receipt for purchases. If you are able to locate a purchase or activation receipt, fill out this Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form.
