You can purchase Chick-fil-A Gift Cards in any amount between $5 and $100 at participating Chick-fil-A^® restaurant locations. Find your nearest restaurant to purchase a gift card. Gift cards can also be purchased at many of the places you shop every day, like grocery stores, pharmacies, and other large retailers. Cards sold at retailers range from $10 to $50.  
  
You can also purchase a Chick-fil-A eGift Card to be sent via email or text. eGift Cards are available for purchase in any amount between $5 and $100.

How do you redeem a Chick-fil-A Gift Card? 

You can redeem your Chick-fil-A Gift Card in the restaurant, at the drive-thru, or through the Chick-fil-A^® App. To use it in the Chick-fil-A App: 

1. Open the app and tap Scan. 
2. Select Add Funds, then Transfer a Gift Card. 
3. Enter your card number and PIN. 

Once transferred, use your balance for mobile orders.

Do Chick-fil-A Gift Cards expire? 

No. Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire and have no fees. Your balance stays put until you’re ready to use it. No inactivity fees, no maintenance fees, no deadlines. Just good chicken, whenever you’re ready. 

Does using a Chick-fil-A Gift Card earn you Chick-fil-A One Points? 

Purchasing a Gift Card does not earn points. However, when you pay with your Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card in the app on a qualifying order, you can earn points. Make sure you’re signed into your Chick-fil-A One^® account to get credit.

I bought a Chick-fil-A Gift Card but never received the code. What do I do?  

We’re sorry to hear that. Here’s what to do if you haven’t received your eGift Card: 

1. Check your spam or junk folder. Delivery can take up to 6 hours. 
2. If still missing after 6 hours, visit the eGift Card tracking portal, enter your email and confirmation number, and select Send.

Can I reload a Chick-fil-A Gift Card? 

Yes! To add funds to your Chick-fil-A One Digital Gift Card in the app: 

1. Open the app and tap Scan. 
2. Select Add Funds. 
3. Choose your reload amount (whole dollar increments only). 

Physical gift cards purchased at Chick-fil-A^® Restaurants may be reloaded at participating Chick-fil-A Restaurant locations, however, physical Chick-fil-A gift cards purchased at retail locations are unable to be reloaded.

How do I send a Chick-fil-A eGift Card? 

It’s easy to send a Chick-fil-A eGift Card: 

1. Visit our eGift Card page 
2. Choose a design and amount ($5–$100). 
3. Enter the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number. 
4. Add a personal message (optional). 
5. Complete your purchase. 

The eGift Card will be delivered via email or text message. Most arrive within 5 minutes but can take up to 24 hours. For the best peace of mind, input your personal email address as the recipient and forward the eGift Card to your person’s inbox.

Can you purchase Chick-fil-A Gift Cards through express locations? 

Most Chick-fil-A^® Express and licensed Chick-fil-A^® locations, such as music venues, baseball stadiums, airports or universities, do not sell or accept Gift Cards. There are some exceptions, however, found here. 

Is there a Chick-fil-A credit card?
