Becoming a next-generation business leader is a commitment, and we want to make it worth your while. Here are a few key things to know about what it means to participate in the Leadership Development Program.

Benefits

A great opportunity comes with great benefits. While participants work hard, travel, and develop valuable skills, they will receive competitive wages as well as a number of benefits and perks to help settle into this new phase of life.

Annual income

A competitive, full-time compensation, paid time off, and a 401(k) match (up to 5% of your eligible compensation) after one year.

Insurance

Group health plan includes medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits for participants, spouses, and dependents.

Lodging

Throughout the 24-to-36 month journey, Participants are provided housing through extended-stay hotels or corporate housing at each assignment.

Air travel

Flights to each assignment, as well as shipment of belongings to each location.

Automobile

An insured four-door rental vehicle is offered for use while in the program.

Technology

A company-issued laptop to be provided for the duration of the program.

Bootcamp

No previous Chick-fil-A restaurant experience? No problem! If you’re accepted into the program, you’ll receive hands-on experience in a restaurant during a six-month operational bootcamp. Boot campers focus on basic restaurant operations, like making the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, then move on to more complex business strategy and problem-solving, like finance, staffing and customer relations.
