Participating restaurants will offer customers the choice of a Chick-fil-A® Chicken Biscuit, Egg White Grill or Hash Brown Scramble Bowl (during Breakfast hours) through the Chick-fil-A One™ App. Customers need to download the latest version of the Chick-fil-A One™ App and have a Chick-fil-A One™ Account to receive the offer. Offer must be redeemed by September 30, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at your local Chick-fil-A restaurant.

A. 1. Download the Chick-fil-A One™ App on your smartphone, available for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you already have the Chick-fil-A One™ App, please ensure you have updated to the latest version. 

 

For Apple iPhones, it needs to be version 5.13 or higher. You can check this by navigating to the Chick-fil-A App > tapping "About Chick-fil-A One™" (located on your Chick-fil-A One™ card) > then looking towards the bottom where it says "Version." 

 

For Android phones, it needs to be version 3.13.0 or higher. You can check this by navigating to the Chick-fil-A App > tapping “Menu” > “Settings” > then looking towards the bottom where it says "Version." 

 

2. Once you've downloaded or updated the app, tap on "Join Chick-fil-A One™". 

3. If you have an existing Chick-fil-A One™ Account (e.g. from Cow Calendar Card, Kids Club or Catering), please sign in with that email address and password or by signing in with your Facebook or Google account. Or, you can create a new Chick-fil-A One™ Account. 

5. The free breakfast offer will appear on the app’s homescreen and on the “Treat” screen. You'll find it in your "available treats" section on the main page of the app if you scroll down a little. In order to see this breakfast offer, you may need to scroll horizontally through your available treats if you have other treats available.

A. This offer may only be redeemed by placing a Mobile Order or by scanning the “My Card” QR code found in your app at the register.

 

Please follow the steps below in order to place a mobile order:

1. Select the free breakfast item you'd like by tapping "Choose" underneath its picture in the app. 

2. Select "Add to Mobile Order" when presented with the option. 

3. Select the restaurant where you'd like to redeem your breakfast item. You can search or use the map.

4. Then choose how you'd like to receive your order. You can select "Carry Out" at every restaurant.  Some restaurants offer “Curbside” or “Drive-Thru” service as well. If you want to go through the drive-thru, it may be necessary to “scan at restaurant” to redeem this offer.

5. Add any other items, like a side or a beverage, and then tap "Submit" to complete you order.

6. When you arrive at the restaurant, either tap "I'm Here", for a “Carry Out” or “Curbside” order or follow the directions presented on your screen for a “Drive-Thru” order so your food is prepared hot and fresh.
