Restaurant Brings Approximately 100 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Entrées for a Year

LOVELAND, Colo. (Aug. 29, 2024) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Northern Colorado community on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Todd Orlando as the independent franchised local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Crossroads Blvd. & I-25.

Located at 4345 St Cloud Drive, Chick-fil-A Crossroads Blvd. & I-25 will be open for dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and Mobile Thru, a fully dedicated lane in the drive-thru where Guests can pick up orders placed ahead of time on the Chick-fil-A App, from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The Crossroads Blvd. & I-25 restaurant joins more than 40 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Denver market.

Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model is essential to how the restaurant serves others. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are owned and operated by a single individual, which means Chick-fil-A’s local Owner-Operators are small business owners, not passive investors, who work in their restaurants side by side with their Team Members each day.

In Loveland, Orlando will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 100 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests, cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses and tailoring philanthropic efforts to meet the Northern Colorado community’s needs.

Orlando has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and has called Northern Colorado home since 2002. He started to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Loveland in December of 2016. Dubbed as Chick-fil-A “Love”land, the restaurant hosts an annual Valentine’s Day dinner for families and couples and feeds the “Sweetheart City” Valentine Program volunteers during their annual Valentine’s Day season. Maintaining his commitment to giving back, Orlando plans to continue building relationships by serving local organizations and is also excited to create new traditions at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Blvd. & I-25 alongside his wife, Sabrina, and their two sons, Trace and Riley.

“I’m so excited to empower our Team Members at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Blvd. & I-25 to care, motivate and grow alongside each other, just as we have done at Chick-fil-A Loveland,” said Orlando. “It’s always been my purpose in life to relentlessly serve others, and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to continue to do that. It is not enough to just do business in the community, but also give back to the community that supports our restaurant.”

Caring for the Loveland Community
The Chick-fil-A business is built to add positive impact beyond profit, including giving back to local communities. Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators are empowered to support the neighborhoods they serve with a key focus on hunger, education, and specific community needs.

In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Food Bank for Larimer County, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.

Orlando’s restaurant will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 25 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from over 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Crossroads Blvd. & I-25 is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Loveland area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
