JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 26, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Jacksonville community at its newest location on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 6 a.m., creating approximately 90 full and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Chuck Campbell to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Duval Station, marking his second restaurant in the Jacksonville community.

Located at 705 Duval Station Road, Chick-fil-A Duval Station will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery, catering and mobile pick-up.

To celebrate the opening, Campbell and team are inviting the community to show their spots at a Moove-In Party on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.

Investing in the Jacksonville Community
Building on years of service and community involvement in Jacksonville, Campbell remains committed to supporting the community through this new restaurant by:

  • Creating approximately 90 full- and part-time jobs. Chick-fil-A local Owners-Operators hire and grow top talent through hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work – all within a purpose-driven, flexible environment.
  • 78 Team Members at Chick-fil-A River City Marketplace, Campbell’s other restaurant, have been awarded more than $135,000 in Remarkable Futures Scholarships.
  • Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding Northeast Florida, a Feeding America partner food bank.
  • Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits and has helped to create over 42 million meals to date with over 2,500 restaurants participating.
  • To date, Chick-fil-A River City Marketplace has donated more than 26,000 pounds of food through the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which has created more than 23,000 meals for neighbors in need.

Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model drives meaningful economic growth at the local level. Each restaurant is owned and operated by a single individual — a small business owner who lives in the community, creates jobs, mentors talent and reinvests directly into the local economy. Campbell will work in both of his restaurants alongside Team Members each day.

“We’re so grateful for the support and care the Jacksonville community has poured into our team and family for more than 20 years,” said Campbell. “We look forward to this opportunity to deepen our impact, bringing people together and giving back to causes that are personal to our community. Our team is excited to connect with new Guests and share the same care and hospitality that have always been at the heart of what we do.”

With more than three decades of experience with Chick-fil-A, Campbell’s journey started in 1994 at the Chick-fil-A restaurant in West Palm Beach. Setting his sights on local ownership, he participated in the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program, enhancing valuable skills and learning the ins and outs of the business.

Selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A River City Marketplace in 2006, Campbell has spent the last 20 years serving the Jacksonville community. Campbell will continue leading Chick-fil-A River City Marketplace alongside this new restaurant, deepening his commitment to serving North Jacksonville. He and his team are passionate about creating meaningful connections with local families, developing Team Members and fostering a restaurant culture centered on genuine hospitality, service and long-term community impact.
