Continuing to enhance the Guest experience through innovation and hospitality, Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line features a designated area for Guests to wait for their mobile, catering and carry-out orders from a dedicated pick-up window inside the dining room. This space will not only make pick-up orders easier for Guests but also create more room at the front counter for those ordering to dine in.

The unique restaurant design also features a sliding door where Team Members can easily walk from the kitchen to the dining room to best serve and care for Guests with large orders. Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line joins 29 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider South Florida market.

Locally Owned and Operated
As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.

In Hialeah, Sandoval will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 110 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.

Sandoval’s journey to becoming a local Owner-Operator is underlined by one common theme: hard work. As a teenager, Sandoval began working for his father’s construction company in Acapulco, Mexico. He spent several years carrying cement stacks in harsh weather, simultaneously laying the foundation for Sandoval’s understanding of the effort it takes to build success. In 2011, he relocated to Florida and his sister encouraged him to apply for a job at Chick-fil-A. As a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Stuart, Sandoval biked to work for a year, determined to let nothing stand in the way of his career goals. He learned under veteran local Owner-Operator Nathan Buchanan, who encouraged him to pursue moving up in the company. While working at Chick-fil-A, he also met and married his wife Julie, and now the couple has three children. With 12 years of restaurant experience, Sandoval looks forward to instilling his core principles of determination and care into his team and Guests at Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line.

“I’m so humbled to have the opportunity to serve the Hialeah community,” said Sandoval. “The first time my wife and I visited here, I told her it felt like home. Our goal is to create that same sense of belonging and welcoming connection with our Team Members and Guests at Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line.”

Caring for the Hialeah Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Feeding South Florida, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Hialeah area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.

Sandoval’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.

Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
Chick-fil-A is known for serving customers great-tasting food made with high-quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Made with a real, whole, boneless breast of chicken with no added fillers, the breaded chicken is pressure cooked in fully-refined peanut oil. Chick-fil-A was one of the first in the industry to eliminate chicken raised with antibiotics to ensure Guests have an option for high-quality food on the go.

To complement the great-tasting chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor. The fresh ingredients are raised and grown by farmers who share the company’s elevated quality and safety standards, so Guests feel good about their meal.
