HONOLULU, Hawaii (March 26, 2026) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving Guests in Honolulu on Thursday, April 2 at 6:30 a.m. Kurt Milne, current local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Ala Moana Mall, will also serve as the independent franchised local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Kapiolani & Kalakaua.
Located at 1837 Kapiolani Blvd., Chick-fil-A Kapiolani & Kalakaua is set to be Chick-fil-A’s largest restaurant to-date in Hawaii. The new restaurant will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, carry-out, third-party delivery, catering and a dedicated event space for community gatherings. The Kapiolani & Kalakaua restaurant brings approximately 120 jobs to the community and joins four other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the Honolulu market.
To celebrate the opening, Guests are welcome to join the fun by dressing in cow print on opening day to receive a free entrée.
Locally Owned and Operated
“Opening my second Chick-fil-A fills me with excitement for what’s ahead,” said Milne. “This new location gives us the chance to welcome more Guests and build on the strong relationships we’ve formed across Honolulu over the last four years. My hope is that Chick-fil-A Kapiolani & Kalakaua becomes more than a restaurant, but a gathering place where neighbors connect, families celebrate and our Team Members can grow and serve with purpose.”

Opening Day Moove-In Party at Chick-fil-A Kapiolani & Kalakaua
To celebrate the restaurant moo-ving into town, Milne and his team are inviting the community to show off their cow spots on opening day for one free entrée.

- Guests dressed in cow print – whether it’s a full cow costume or a simple cow-spotted accessory – can enjoy one free entrée or kid’s meal* in person inside the restaurant.

Milne is committed to giving back to the Honolulu community by:
