Chick-fil-A to Open Six New Restaurants Across Oregon by Early 2027, Bringing Over 600 Job Opportunities

Two New Locally-Owned Restaurants in Sherwood and Corvallis Opening Oct. 9

PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 6, 2025) – Chick-fil-A® is furthering its investment in the state of Oregon with six new locally owned and operated restaurants set to open across the Beaver State by early 2027. These restaurants will create over 600 jobs across Oregon.

Following the opening of Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego earlier this summer, two new restaurants in Oregon will begin serving Guests on Thursday, Oct. 9 in Sherwood and Corvallis.  

  • Chick-fil-A Sherwood Plaza: Chick-fil-A Sherwood Plaza, a drive-thru only restaurant located at 16280 SW Langer Dr, will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Jeffrey Weston to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Sherwood Plaza.
  • Chick-fil-A Pacific Hwy & Circle: Chick-fil-A Pacific Circle & Hwy, located at 350 NE Circle Blvd, will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Adam Blake to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Pacific Hwy & Circle 

Investing and Growing in Oregon
Chick-fil-A currently operates 14 restaurants across the Beaver state and by early 2027, residents can anticipate new restaurants in Cornelius, Portland, Tigard and Wood Village.

Since bringing its signature hospitality to Oregon nearly a decade ago, Chick-fil-A has shown a strong commitment to care across the state:

  • Creating Job Opportunities: Through 2027, Chick-fil-A’s restaurant expansion will bring an estimated 600 additional jobs for Oregon residents, offering benefits including hands on training, competitive pay and benefits, scholarships and flexible work schedules.
  • Developing Future Leaders: Through the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ Scholarships initiative, Chick-fil-A has awarded $681,500 worth of scholarships to Team Members across Oregon since 2017.
  • Awarding Nonprofit Grants: Chick-fil-A Inc. has awarded $255,000 in grants to nonprofits in Oregon as part of the True Inspiration Awards®
  • Feeding America Partnership: Since 2020, Chick-fil-A has donated over $250,000 to Feeding America partners across Oregon.
  • Redirecting Surplus Food: Over 353,000 meals have been donated from Oregon restaurants since 2020, with the number continuing to grow.

Caring for the Sherwood and Corvallis Communities
To show care to the Chick-fil-A Sherwood Plaza and Chick-fil-A Pacific Hwy & Circle communities, the restaurant company participated in several initiatives, including:

  • Chick-fil-A, Inc. donated $50,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger reliefs efforts in the greater Portland and Corvallis areas.
  • Both restaurants will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, redirecting surplus food from the restaurant to local shelters, food banks and nonprofits.
  • The new Chick-fil-A restaurants will offer a free entrée to Guests who celebrate the opening by dressing in cow print on opening day.
