Annual gathering celebrates community builders and strengthens support for nonprofits across the country
At Chick-fil-A®, we believe in nurturing leaders who are creating lasting change in their communities. That’s why we were honored to host the 2025 Chick-fil-A Impact Accelerator Conference™ in Atlanta — a one-day event designed to support and celebrate nonprofit leaders from across the country.
Uniting purpose-driven leaders
This year’s conference welcomed over 400 attendees representing over 330 nonprofits, all united by a shared mission: strengthening their communities through meaningful, mission-driven work.
Participants heard from national thought leaders and engaged in:
Keynote speaker Father Gregory Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries, inspired and encouraged attendees with captivating stories of lived experiences and our human commonality. Asha Curran, CEO of Giving Tuesday and a fellow at Stanford University’s Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society, delivered a message on perseverance and purpose that energized the room and reminded leaders why their work matters.
