Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.
- In a pre-heated mini waffle iron, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put an appropriately sized portion of the mac mixture onto iron.
- Close and press lid firmly to spread mac n cheese mixture across the waffle iron.
- Cook until top of waffled bites are crisp and browned.
- Carefully remove from waffle iron, using a fork to loosen the edges.
- Allow to cool for 1 minute, serve.
