Steps
- Thoroughly wash spinach, dry on paper towels, or use a lettuce spinner. If using a lettuce spinner, wash and dry mixed greens.
- Optional Step: Toss pecans in 2 tablespoons of salted butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Bake at 350°F until lightly toasted and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a large serving bowl, assemble salad by layering prepared spinach and spring mix. Sprinkle crumbled feta, strawberry quarters, and pecan halves. Dress salad with Strawberry Hibiscus Vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
