Peppermint Chip Milkshakes surrounded by Christmas decor

Looking for a festive, easy-to-make holiday cookie packed with minty goodness? This Peppermint Snow Cookies Recipe calls for a seasonal ingredient: the Chick-fil-A Peppermint Chip Milkshake, a delicious, hand-spun, peppermint milkshake blended with Chick-fil-A Icedream® dessert with peppermint bark chips topped with whipped cream (except when served via delivery). The rest? A few ingredients you can use right in your pantry and fridge. Follow these steps to craft the perfect wintry treat for your loved ones (or all for yourself).

Order the Peppermint Chip Milkshake online or through the Chick-fil-A® App to get started with these winter wonders.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer with paddle attachment or by hand with a rubber spatula, cream together the butter and sugar at medium-high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour the entire milkshake and crack two eggs into the bowl and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds. Turn off the mixer and add the flour all at once.
  4. Mix on low until flour begins to incorporate. Slowly increase the speed to medium-high and mix until combined.
  5. On your parchment-lined pan, scoop cookie dough into ¼ cup servings directly onto the pan about ¼ inches apart from each other. Use a spoon to slightly flatten and shape dough into circles, as cookies will not spread much in the oven.
  6. You should be able to fit 8 cookies on the pan; bake in two batches.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cookies begin to brown along the edges and are firm to the touch in the middle. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  8. Place a small amount of powdered sugar in a sieve and sprinkle it over the top of the cookies for a snow effect. Enjoy!
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
