Strawberry Hibiscus Vinaigrette

time: Less than 15 minutes
difficulty: Easy
serves: ~1 cup

Dress up your greens with this easy recipe for Strawberry Hibiscus Vinaigrette, using a Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade, made with natural strawberry and hibiscus flavors. Drizzle this dressing on the Strawberry and Feta Salad or any dish that needs a sweet and tangy dash of flavor. When the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade isn’t in season, try the recipe with the Chick-fil-A® Lemonade

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup of Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Stirring occasionally, simmer lemonade to reduce from 1 cup down to ¼ cup, about 10 minutes.
  2. While the lemonade is reducing, measure out apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and neutral oil into a medium bowl or blender. Add salt and coarse-ground black pepper to taste. When lemonade is fully reduced, add to a bowl or blender. Whisk vigorously or blend on high for 20 seconds until the vinaigrette comes together and is of one color. The oil should not be separated from the lemonade and vinegar. Pour into a squeezable bottle or serving container.
  3. Use vinaigrette to dress any salad or store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake or re-whisk leftover vinaigrette before using again to re-emulsify.
