I placed an order through the Chick-fil-A App for delivery by DoorDash and redeemed a reward. My order was cancelled or refunded. Can I get the points or reward added back to my Chick-fil-A One account?
If the reward is still showing as available in the “My Rewards” section of your Chick-fil-A One account, follow these instructions to restore the Reward to your account. If the Reward is no longer available in the My Rewards section, please submit an online form with your information here. Select ”Technical & Account Support” to reach the online entry form.
