My DoorDash order was canceled or refunded. Can I get my Chick-fil-A One reward back?

Yes. If your Chick-fil-A® App DoorDash-powered order was canceled or refunded after redeeming a reward, please follow these steps: 

  • Check your “My Rewards” section in the Chick-fil-A App or on your online account.
    • If the reward is still showing as available: Great news! Your reward is ready to be redeemed for a future order. 
    • If the Reward is no longer available: Please submit an online form with your information here.
      • Select “Technical & Account Support” to reach the online entry form. 
      • Please include your order number, restaurant location, and order date for faster assistance.
