My DoorDash order was canceled or refunded. Can I get my Chick-fil-A One reward back?

Yes. If your Chick-fil-A® App DoorDash-powered order was canceled or refunded after redeeming a reward, please check your “My Rewards” section in the Chick-fil-A App or on your online account. 

If the reward is still showing as available: Great news! Your reward is ready to be redeemed for a future order.  

If the reward is no longer available: Please submit a form to our CARES team by going here or follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares
  2. Select “Account, rewards, & payment.” 
  3. Select “Rewards and points.” 
  4. Select “Rewards.” 
  5. Click on the “Continue to contact” button on the Contact Us prompt at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Once on the form, be sure to include your order number, restaurant location, and order date for faster assistance.
