- Check your “My Rewards” section in the Chick-fil-A App or on your online account.
- If the reward is still showing as available: Great news! Your reward is ready to be redeemed for a future order.
- If the Reward is no longer available: Please submit an online form with your information here.
- Select “Technical & Account Support” to reach the online entry form.
- Please include your order number, restaurant location, and order date for faster assistance.
