How do I place a delivery order?

Looking to get your favorite chicken delivered? Good news – you have several Chick-fil-A^® meal delivery options. Choose one of these easy ways to order Chick-fil-A^® faves delivered to your locations: 

• Chick-fil-A website 
• Chick-fil-A^® App (downloadable from the App Store or the Google Play Store) 
• Third-party delivery providers: DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and Postmates 

Chick-fil-A is continuing to work on enhancing delivery options to best suit everyone’s needs. Delivery options and availability vary by location. Menu prices for delivery are higher than at the Restaurant. Additional fees apply; see applicable charges at checkout. 

Placing a standard delivery order through the Chick-fil-A website 

1. Visit the official Chick-fil-A website and select Order Now. 
2. Choose Delivery and enter your delivery address. 
3. Select Start order next to your preferred Restaurant.  
   • Depending on your location, delivery will be fulfilled by Chick-fil-A^® Delivery or DoorDash. You may be redirected to the DoorDash app.  
4. Choose a preferred delivery time and delivery option, and enter instructions for the Team Member driver (optional). 
5. Add items to your order. 
6. Review order, then proceed to Check out. 
7. Sign in to your Chick-fil-A One^® account or continue as a guest.  
8. Review your order and payment method, then select Complete order.

Placing a standard delivery order through the Chick-fil-A^® App 

1. Download the Chick-fil-A^® App and sign in (or create an account). 
2. Go to the Menu tab → Start delivery order. 
   • Depending on your location, delivery will be fulfilled by Chick-fil-A^® Delivery or DoorDash. You may be redirected to the DoorDash App. 
3. Enter or select a delivery address. 
4. Choose a Chick-fil-A Delivery Restaurant and proceed to the menu. 
5. Add items to your order and continue to Check out. 
6. Review your order summary and payment method, then select Complete order. 

Placing a catering delivery order through the Chick-fil-A^® App 

1. Download the Chick-fil-A^® App and sign in (or create an account). 
2. Go to Menu → Start a catering order → Catering Delivery. 
3. Enter or select your delivery address and choose a delivery date and time (event type optional). 
4. Select Start order next to your preferred Chick-fil-A^® Catering Restaurant. 
5. Add your items of choice (minimum order required). 
6. Review your order and continue to Check out. 
7. Enter guest count (optional). 
8. Review your order summary and payment method, then select Complete order.
