What is the Chick-fil-A One Card?

The Chick-fil-A One Card is a digital gift card available on the Chick-fil-A App. Chick-fil-A One Card funds are issued by and solely the obligation of CFA Servco, Inc. You can purchase or reload Chick-fil-A One Card balances directly through the Chick-fil-A App, or you can transfer existing Chick-fil-A eGift Card or Chick-fil-A Gift Card balances using the app. Funds on the Chick-fil-A One Card are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law and can only be used for purchases of food, beverages, or merchandise at any participating Chick-fil-A location. You may request to transfer your Chick-fil-A One Card balance to a Chick-fil-A eGift Card or Chick-fil-A Gift Card by calling Chick-fil-A CARES at 1-866-232-2040.
