The Chick-fil-A One® Card is a digital gift card available through your Chick-fil-A One Account and usable on the Chick-fil-A App or online at chick-fil-a.com. The balance on a Chick-fil-A One Card is issued by and solely the obligation of CFA Servco, Inc.
You can transfer existing Chick-fil-A eGift Card or Chick-fil-A Gift Card balances to the App. You can also purchase or reload Chick-fil-A One® Card balances directly through the Chick-fil-A App to pay for current or future orders. To pay for current orders with a Chick-fil-A One Card balance that is less than the total order amount, follow the steps in this FAQ.
The balance on the Chick-fil-A One Card is not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law and can only be used for purchases of food, beverages, or merchandise at any participating Chick-fil-A location in the United States, but may not be used to purchase other Chick-fil-A Gift Cards.
You may request to transfer your Chick-fil-A One Card balance to a Chick-fil-A eGift Card or Chick-fil-A Gift Card by clicking here or following the steps below to submit an online form with your information:
- Go to https://www.chick-fil-a.com/contact-cares
- Select “Account, rewards, & payment.”
- Select “Chick-fil-A gift card.”
- Select “Other Chick-fil-A gift card issues.”
- Select the “Continue to contact” button at the bottom of the screen on the Contact Us prompt.
- Once on the form, in the “Please describe your gift card issue in detail” field, let us know if you would prefer your balance transferred to a physical Gift Card or eGift card, and then follow the rest of the steps on the form.
Allow up to three weeks to receive your gift card in the mail. If you prefer an eGift card, the balance will be sent via eGift to the email address associated with your Chick-fil-A App.
