Locally Owned and Operated
“From squeezing lemons on my first day as a Team Member to making an impact supporting new restaurants across the country, I’m grateful for the opportunities that led me to serve as a local Owner-Operator,” said Morrow. “I look forward to creating a welcoming space where families and friends can gather for a delicious meal and Team Members have access to valuable leadership resources that help positively shape their futures.”
More About Morrow
- Morrow began his Chick-fil-A journey in his home state of Alabama at 16, seeking both a career and a supportive community.
- Since then, he went on to participate in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program and developed the skills that prepared him to become a local Owner-Operator.
- Morrow and his family now reside in Portland and look forward to building meaningful connections in the community they now call home.
Cows Eat Free to Celebrate Chick-fil-A Mall 205
To celebrate the restaurant moo-ving into town, cows will eat free on opening day! Morrow and his team are inviting the community to show off their cow spots on opening day for one free entrée.
- Since 1995, the Cows have been a beloved part of Chick-fil-A, encouraging humans to skip burgers and “Eat More Chikin” – and now it’s Portland’s turn to join the herd.
- Guests dressed in cow print – whether it’s a full cow costume or a simple cow-spotted accessory – can enjoy one free entrée* [in person inside the restaurant].
Caring for the Portland Community
Morrow is committed to giving back to the Portland community by:
- Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Portland area to aid in the fight against hunger.
- Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
