How do I request a refund for a mobile or online order?
For orders placed with your Chick-fil-A One account through the Chick-fil-A app or online, excluding those Delivered by DoorDash, refunds must be handled by the restaurant where you placed your order. To process your refund in a timely manner, please visit or contact the restaurant where you placed your order directly.
For DoorDash orders placed through the Chick-fil-A App, please contact DoorDash directly at 1-855-222-8111.
Please note that once your refund is processed, the time it will take for funds to post to your account will depend on your financial institution’s policy.
