I no longer want to use the Chick-fil-A One Card for payment. How can I get a refund for the money I placed on my Chick-fil-A One Card?

Your Chick-fil-A One^® Card is a digital gift card tied to your Chick-fil-A One account. Funds loaded to a Chick-fil-A One Card are not refundable. However, we are more than happy to transfer the remaining balance onto a physical Chick-fil-A gift card if you prefer to no longer use you Chick-fil-A One account or the Chick-fil-A App. Please contact the Chick-fil-A CARES team at 1-866-232-2040 to request this transfer.
