Does Chick-fil-A have any keto-friendly menu items?

Chick-fil-A’s menu has a variety of keto-conscious menu items. Here are a few options we consider to be keto-friendly, but we recommend you check the ingredients of each item in our menu section or in a Nutrition Guide available in our restaurants against the requirements of the specific plan you are following.

Breakfast:

  • Any breakfast sandwich without the English Muffin or biscuit
  • Hash Brown Scramble Bowl with either grilled chicken or sausage and without hashbrowns
  • Coffee
  • Grilled Breakfast Filet: 0g net carbs

Lunch and Dinner:
