Restaurant celebrates with Cows Eat Free offer on opening day
EL DORADO, Ark. (Nov. 6, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the El Dorado community at its first location on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025 at 6:00 a.m. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected Cole Caddenhead to be the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A El Dorado.
To celebrate the opening, Caddenhead and team are calling on the community to show their spots on opening day! Whether it’s a full cow suit or a simple cow-spotted accessory, Guests of all ages are invited to join the fun. Anyone who visits the restaurant on opening day dressed in cow attire can redeem one free entrée* or kid’s meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
Located at 2528 N West Ave., Chick-fil-A El Dorado will serve Guests Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, third-party delivery and mobile pick-up. Because Chick-fil-A restaurants are designed to serve the unique needs of each community, Chick-fil-A El Dorado will also feature a playground to serve Guests with children.

“Having grown up as the son of a Chick-fil-A Operator, I’ve always admired how my dad was able to impact lives on both sides of the counter,” said Caddenhead. “Becoming an Operator allows me to live out my entrepreneurial dreams, and it also allows me to create a culture that ensures Team Members feel supported and inspired to grow, whether their future endeavors keep them at Chick-fil-A or take them elsewhere. That’s why it’s so special to open my first restaurant in a city that takes pride in its investment in young people.”
As a second-generation local Owner-Operator, Caddenhead was exposed to Chick-fil-A’s core values at an early age through watching his father operate restaurants for 35 years. In addition to supporting the family’s business as needed, Caddenhead served as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A restaurants across the Houston-area, and he joined the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program where he honed his management and operational skills. After experiencing Chick-fil-A’s commitment to showing care for Team Members, he knew that becoming a local Owner-Operator was the next step for him. In July, he was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A El Dorado. With the opening of his restaurant, Caddenhead is honored to invest in the next generation of leaders and contribute to the community that he and his wife are proud to call home.

Caddenhead is committed to giving back to the El Dorado community by: Celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Arkansas Food Bank in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater El Dorado area to aid the fight against hunger.Participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, helping to create over 42 million meals nationwide to date.
