The Chick-fil-A® Delivery Club was a delivery subscription program tested at participating restaurants that offered guests unlimited Chick-fil-A Delivery on qualifying orders with a $0 delivery fee for just $9.99 a month.
Chick-fil-A has decided to sunset this program, and as of September 5, 2025, customers are no longer able to sign up for new Delivery Club subscriptions. Starting October 23, 2025, subscription renewals for Active Delivery Club subscribers will no longer be processed or charged. Active Delivery Club subscribers can still use their Delivery Club benefits until their next subscription renewal date on or after October 23.
As a reminder, you may cancel your Delivery Club membership any time by submitting a request online at https://order.chick-fil-a.com/load-delivery-club. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next subscription renewal date. If a customer has already cancelled their subscription prior to October 23, 2025, no further action is needed as Delivery Club benefits will be available until their next subscription renewal date when their subscription will be cancelled.
Customers can access their Delivery Club transaction history under “Payments & Subscriptions” in the Account section of the Chick-fil-A App until Dec 31st, 2025. If Customers have any questions regarding their Delivery Club subscription, please reach out to CARES.
