Why can’t I sign into my Chick-fil-A One account with Facebook?

Since we no longer offer Facebook login, here are a few steps you can take to continue using the email associated with your Facebook account to sign into the Chick-fil-A^® App and your Chick-fil-A One^® account.

1. On the sign in page, select "Looking for Facebook Login?"
2. Input the email address associated with your Facebook account, then select "Find my account."
3. Check your email address, and you should have a link to create a password.
4. After a password is created, use the email address associated with your Facebook account and the new password to log into your Chick-fil-A One account on the app.

If you are still having trouble after following these steps, don’t remember your email associated with your Facebook account, or no longer have access to it, please contact us.
